Untuk masalah ini anda perlu melakukan tindakan awal untuk mengetahui apa sih penyebabnya sehingga printer tidak mau ngeprint. Yuk simak beberapa langkah awal dibawah ini untuk mencari penyebab printer tidak mau print Anda harus memastikan bahwa printer sudah terinstal dengan benar di komputer anda. Pastikan kabel USB printer sudah tersambung dengan benar. Priksa apakah cartridge terpasang secara benar. Pastikan penutup printer tertutup dengan benar soalnya disitu ada sensornya jika tidak tertutup benar tidak bisa ngeprint. Cek lampu indikator normal tidak ada error.
